To add the Choral Calendar to your Phone

Go to your settings. Scroll down to accounts. Add account, pick other, pick add subscribed calendar and then copy and paste the link below into the field. Use your browser to go to calendar.google.com, Under the Other Calendars, click the “+” button. Pick From URL, Paste this link: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/ccpsnet.net_pfeu5sgqv6cq4l0rg57k1kgil4%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics Click the Add Calendar button, Then go to your phone's Calendar app, in the settings make sure your Google account is checked, then select 'Sync Now’. You may need to select the Google account calendar, then under "Other calendars" check the subscribed calendars the Android device is to sync with (by default, the "Other calendars" may not be checked).
How much do I still owe? When is my next payment due?
Your balance due and payment dates can be found by logging in to your student’s choral account on DanceStudio-Pro. If you have an inquiry about what you still owe, please contact chhsva.choralfeesinfo@gmail.com. Due Dates are also listed on our calendar.
Where do I send my payment?
Payments can be made online by credit card (with a 3% convenience fee) through your parent account on DanceStudio-Pro.
If you want to pay by cash or check, please put the payment in an envelope, write on it your student’s name, their group and what the payment is for (this is very important information!), then place the envelope in Rachel’s box/send it in w/your kid! If you need to mail a check, to please contact the Treasurer at chhsva.choraltreasurer@gmail.com to inquire for the best mailing address. For check payments, please write your student’s name, group and what the payment is for on the Memo line as well.
To whom should I make checks out?
Checks should be CHHS Choral Boosters. It is VERY IMPORTANT to put your child’s name, as well as what the payment is for, in the MEMO section of the check. If you are combining payments, then also designate how much is going to which item (i.e. $75 for costumes; $150 for travel) in order to help us maintain accurate account balances.
Are there fundraisers to help offset the costs for travel and costumes?
YES! In addition to all of the Choral Booster fundraising activities, there ARE individual fundraiser sales that take place during the fall and throughout the year. Program Ad Sales (see above in the very first section!) are a great way to earn money for your child’s account. More details on each fundraiser will be emailed and posted on the Parent/Family Facebook page when the fundraisers start. Email our Student Fundraiser Coordinator at chhschoralfundraising@gmail.com.
Do I have to volunteer?
Yes, YES.......YES. All families are REQUIRED to volunteer at MASS and at least one other event during the year. We STRONGLY encourage families to come help out at any and all other volunteering opportunities that arise! We send out SignUp Genius online sign-up forms for every event. See the SignUp Genius page for our current volunteer needs or email choralboostervolunteers@gmail.com to ask where we could use help.
When and where are the competitions?

When can I see my child perform?
There are a number of opportunities to see the choirs perform! Fall Concert, Pyramid Concert and Spring Concert are performances for all choirs. Show choirs also perform during a private parents-only preview show usually in the fall, a public pre-competition show in January, an in-school assembly (date TBA), at MASS, and at competitions. Check the calendar on the Parent Portal landing page for dates, times and places!
